What is your return policy for food items?
Because our products are perishable food items, we cannot accept returns. However, if your order arrives damaged or if there is an error, please contact our customer service team within 14 days for a replacement or refund.
Are your products nut-free?
While we offer many flavors that do not contain nuts as an ingredient, all of our cookies are baked in a facility that processes walnuts, pecans, macadamia nuts, and almonds.
